Pure QR Code Legal Terms

Ownership and copyright

Pure QR Code, including its software design and content, is proprietary to SentraSense, LLC.

Permitted use

You may use the app for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission from SentraSense, LLC.

Acceptance of terms and sole responsibility

By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using Pure QR Code, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these legal terms.

You assume full and sole responsibility for your use of the app, including any links or QR codes you create, save, print, publish, distribute, or otherwise rely on.

User-created links and destinations

Pure QR Code is a creation utility. You control the destination URL and are solely responsible for any link you generate, save, publish, print, or share through the app.

SentraSense, LLC does not author, control, or endorse third-party destination websites and is not responsible for their content, behavior, availability, legality, security, or data handling practices.

Sharing handoff through iOS tools

When you choose to share a generated QR code, Pure QR Code uses the device's native iOS sharing tools and hands the transfer workflow to the operating system and selected channel.

Accordingly, distribution is handled between you, your device environment, and the selected recipient or platform, and SentraSense, LLC does not directly transmit or deliver shared QR codes to recipients.

No safety screening or content review

Pure QR Code does not perform comprehensive screening, certification, moderation, or approval of destination websites for safety, malicious code, malware, phishing, fraud, spam, offensive content, legal compliance, or any other risk category.

Any in-app test or preview functionality is for user convenience only and does not constitute a security audit, content review, or representation that a destination is safe, lawful, or appropriate.

External browser handling

When opening destination links, Pure QR Code invokes your device's default browser environment (for example, the default iOS browser setting). Those sessions are between you and the third-party destination site.

This browser handoff does not create responsibility or liability for SentraSense, LLC for third-party site content, code execution, tracking practices, transactions, or outcomes.

Terms of use

By using Pure QR Code, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and validating destination links before sharing, printing, or relying on them.

You agree not to use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes.

Revocation, termination, and remedy

SentraSense, LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate your right to use Pure QR Code if you violate these terms or misuse the app.

If you do not agree with these terms, or if your rights under these terms are terminated, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using Pure QR Code and remove it from your device.

Except where required by applicable law, termination, suspension, revocation, or discontinuation of use does not entitle you to any refund, reimbursement, credit, or other compensation.

No warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SENTRASENSE, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

SentraSense, LLC does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, universal scan success, compatibility with every device or condition, or that third-party destinations are safe, accurate, or available.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTRASENSE, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) PURE QR CODE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY DESTINATION LINK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SENTRASENSE, LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO PURE QR CODE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR A SINGLE LICENSE OR INSTANCE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SentraSense, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your links, your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Jurisdictional limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and where a limitation is required, liability is limited to the amount paid for a single license or instance of the app (or such greater minimum amount as required by applicable law).
